Terms of Service

Flux3Max generates videos of 5 to 20 seconds with synced audio from a text prompt, or from a first-frame image (and an optional last-frame image), at 720p or 1080p. Videos are made with FLUX 3 Max through our AI model provider.

Results depend on the prompt and images and vary from one run to the next. We do not guarantee that a video matches your prompt or images exactly.

Flux3Max is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Black Forest Labs. FLUX is a trademark of Black Forest Labs, and the model name is used only to describe the model this service runs.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. One person may hold one account. Creating several accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed, and we may close such accounts.

• A video costs 40 credits per second at 720p and 68 credits per second at 1080p, for the length you choose.
• Credits are held when a video starts and only taken when it succeeds. If generation fails, the held credits are released.
• Once generation has started, a video cannot be canceled.
• New accounts can receive 200 free welcome credits (one 5-second 720p video) once. They expire 30 days after they are added. The free welcome credits are for accounts created in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Israel and the UAE, up to two accounts per network. Paid plans and credit packs are available everywhere.
• Plan credits expire at the end of each billing month (31 days after they are added). Credit pack credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

These rules apply to your prompts, the images you upload and the videos you generate:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone.
• No deceptive deepfakes of real people, and no content that impersonates someone.
• No content that is illegal, harasses others, or infringes someone else's rights, including copyright and privacy.

Our model provider runs safety filters that may refuse a request. Refused requests are not charged. We may stop videos and suspend accounts that break these rules, without returning credits already used.

You keep all rights in your prompts and images. As between you and us, you may use the videos you generate, subject to the law and these terms. You are responsible for how you use them.

You allow us to store and process your files only to run the videos you start. Uploaded images and generated videos are deleted after 7 days, so download any video you want to keep.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, and that is the amount charged: no tax is added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account (on Stripe's billing page); the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Generation times depend on our AI model provider and may vary.

To the extent the law allows, Flux3Max is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and announce them on the site; using the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
