Privacy Policy

• Your Google account name, email address and profile photo, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
• The prompts you write, the images you upload and the videos we generate from them.
• Records of your videos, the credits used and your purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, country and browser, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limits.

• To generate the videos you start and show you the results.
• To manage your account, your credits and your payments.
• To prevent abuse, for example repeated sign-ups to collect free credits.
• To answer you when you contact us.

A prompt is stored only as part of the record of the video it was used for. The prompt shown next to each video in your history is kept in your own browser, so it does not appear on other devices and is gone if you clear your browser data.

We share data only with the services that run Flux3Max, and only what each needs:

• Our backend and file storage (Cloudflare R2), which hold your account, video records and files.
• Our AI model provider, which receives your prompt and frame images in order to generate the video.
• Stripe, for payments and subscriptions.
• Google, for sign-in.
• Our web hosting provider, which serves the site.

We do not sell your data and do not use your prompts, images or videos for anything other than the videos you start.

• Uploaded images and generated videos are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Account data and video records are kept while your account exists.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in: an HttpOnly cookie that holds your session and a small cookie that tells the site you are signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing support@flux3max.net. Download any video you want to keep within 7 days.

Flux3Max is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Significant changes are announced on the site.
